Canada's Premier Hydraulic Erosion Control Product.
When erosion control fails, projects fail. EcoAnchor is the proven solution for construction, pipeline, mining, and reclamation sites across Canada — delivering zero-failure performance through freeze-thaw cycles, spring runoff, and high-wind events that defeat traditional methods.
Approved by Alberta Transportation and recognized under Calgary's Best Management Practices, EcoAnchor isn't just another erosion control product. It's the one contractors specify when failure isn't an option.
How EcoAnchor Works
Upon curing, EcoAnchor bonds soil particles together to create an environmentally sensitive barrier. By forming a 3D network structure in the upper 1–2 cm of soil, EcoAnchor strengthens the surface and dramatically reduces turbidity in soil runoff by keeping particles locked in place.
A reduction in soil permeability prevents water erosion — but EcoAnchor's unique surface structure still allows moisture and oxygen to permeate through. This keeps moisture in the soil longer, protecting plants and soil from rapid dehydration and supporting revegetation after application.
Unlike erosion blankets and mulch applications, EcoAnchor will not sheet off. It adheres directly to the soil, performing through conditions that cause conventional products to fail — including below-freezing application temperatures.
EcoAnchor's Applications:
EcoAnchor is the right choice for:
Pipeline and utility corridor stabilization
Slope erosion and sediment control
Construction site erosion management
Mine reclamation and revegetation
Dust control on disturbed soils
Parks, recreation, and municipal projects
Any site requiring erosion control through Canadian winters
EcoAnchor's Application Method:
EcoAnchor is applied hydraulically using standard hydroseeding equipment — no specialized machinery required.
Step 1
Rough grade the soils.
Step 2
Spray EcoAnchor onto rough grade soils.
